Medical Provider Transition to RN Program Request Information Form

This new nursing pathway, called the Medical Provider Transition to RN program, recognizes the skills and backgrounds that paramedics, veterans, and LPNs already have and allows them to apply those skills to their learning.


This pathway will take approximately three to four semesters to complete if the individual has already taken Anatomy & Physiology I.
